Description of the tweed river flooding
The 2013 Tweed River flooding was part of the major flooding situated in Australia in early 2013. The flooding started because of the effects of the tropical cyclone called Oswald and because of the very very heavy rainfall that had passed through NSW and Queensland. Because of these effects Tweed river area peaked at peaked at 3.3 metres in height, the highest they’ve had for the past 30 years!
